The City of Miami Beach runs a free one-hour yoga class for Miami Beach seniors every Tuesday and Thursday morning. It normally meets on the North Beach Senior Center terrace at 7251 Collins Avenue but is temporarily in the dance room at North Shore Park Youth Center, 501 72nd Street. Call the UNIDAD Senior Center at 305-867-0051 to register.
