On the first Thursday of each month, 12–3pm, representatives of Clear Path Texas, a Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas project, are at the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library (6th floor) to explain free advice and representation for qualifying people on clearing eligible criminal records through expunction or nondisclosure.
