 olding chair and sit anywhere along the route\; the bleachers at 4th and C
 lark (near the start) are open seating\, while the grandstand bleachers at
  4th and Ogden are reserved. It's held every November 11\, whatever day of
  the week it falls on. Metered street parking and garages along the route.
